IPO of shares
Series B shares, which were the subject of a public offering in 2007, were issued on the basis of art. 431 par. 1 of the Commercial Companies Code (CCC) in relation to art. 420 CCC as ordinary bearer shares. Series shares were issued by way of open subscription in the public offering carried out without pre-emptive rights of existing shareholders.

30 July 2007 - submission of the prospectus to the Financial Supervisory Commission (Komisja Nadzoru Finansowego - KNF)
29 October 2007 - Approval of prospectus given by KNF
13-19 November 2007, 15.00 hours - book building
19 November 2007 - the settlement and giving to the public of the issue price
20 November 2007 - start of the subscription of shares in the Retail and Large Investors tranche
23 November 2007 - completion of the subscription of shares in the Retail Investors
23 November 2007 - completion of the subscription of shares in the Large Investors tranche
30 November 2007 - the allotment of shares in the Large Investors tranche
30 November 2007 - the allotment of shares in Retail tranche through WSE
3 December 2007 - closing of the Public Offering
5 December 2007 - Warsaw Stock Exchange Management Board admitted 230 041 shares to listing in the continuous listing system
6 December 2007 - the first listing of shares of Steel Consortium
On the 5th December 2007 the Executive Board of WSE admitted 230 041 Series B shares to marketing in the continuous quotations. The first listing of the rights to shares (PDA)of Konsorcjum Stali was held on 6 December 2007. In the public offering 931 406 series B shares were offered to investors. On the basis of book building the Executive Board made a final allocation of 230 041 Series B shares with a nominal value of PLN 1 at the issue price of 65 PLN.
